花生含油量、脂肪酸含量、油亚比和碘值的广义遗传力分析

摘  要:
利用7份在莱西鉴定的高油酸花生材料,在4个地点种植,估算了含油量、脂肪酸含量、油亚比和碘值的广义遗传力。结果表明,含油量以小区或品种(系)重复平均数为单位的广义遗传力分别为低、高;油酸含量、油亚比、棕榈酸、花生酸、十七碳烷酸、花生一烯酸、棕榈一烯酸含量以小区或品种(系)重复平均数为单位的广义遗传力均为高;硬脂酸以小区为单位的广义遗传力为低或高,以品种(系)重复平均数为单位的广义遗传力为高;亚油酸、山嵛酸、二十四碳烷酸、十七碳一烯酸含量以小区为单位的广义遗传力,前三者为低,后者为中或高,但四者以品种(系)重复平均数为单位的广义遗传力均为高;碘值以小区为单位的广义遗传力为中至高,以品种(系)重复平均数为单位的广义遗传力为高。认为必须注重低油地区高油资源创制,并在多环境(多地点、多年份、多季节)中评价其高油性状的稳定性,高油酸品种亚油酸含量的稳定性亦须引起足够重视。

摘  要:
The broad sense heritability(H_B~2) of oil content, fatty acid content, oleate to linoleate(O/L) ratio and iodine value of seven peanut cultivars with high oleic acid were estimated by planting them in four locations. The results showed that the H_B~2 of oil content based on the plot or entry replication mean of varieties(lines) was low and high, respectively. Plot-based or entry replication mean of variety(line)-based H_B~2 of oleic acid content, O/L ratio, and palmitic acid, arachidic acid, heptadecanoic acid, eicosenoic acid and palmitoleic acid contents were high. The plot-based H_B~2 of stearic acid was low or high, and the entry replication mean of variety(line)-based H_B~2 was high. The fatty acids of linoleate, behenic acid, lignoceric acid and heptadecenoic acid all had low plot-based H_B~2, but that for heptadecanoic acid was medium to high;all the four species of fatty acid were high in entry replication mean of variety(line)-based H_B~2. For iodine value, the plot-based H_B~2 was medium to high, and the entry replication mean of variety(line)-based H_B~2 was high. It was suggested that the emphasis be placed on the creation of high-oil peanut resources in low-oil areas, and the stability of high oil phenotype should be evaluated in multi-environment(multi-location, multi-year, multi-season). Enough attention should also be paid to the stability of linoleate content in high oleate varieties.
