乌鲁木齐市居民生鲜牛肉消费偏好分析

摘  要:
为了调查乌鲁木齐市居民对生鲜牛肉的消费偏好,采用随机抽样方法对132名消费者进行问卷调查或访谈.结果表明,喜欢吃牛肉的人占84.09%,但每天消费牛肉的人仅占8.33%;50.00%的消费者喜欢无包装产品;多数消费者家庭月均牛肉消费量在3 kg左右.根据以上调查结果,提出了扩大优质肉牛养殖规模,加强品牌建设,改进包装设计,优化牛肉分割,提高生鲜牛肉质量等建议.

摘  要:
In order to investigate the residents′ consumption preference of fresh beef in Urumqi, a total of 132 consumers were surveyed and interviewed by using random sampling method. The results showed that 84.09% of the surveyed consumers liked eating beef, but only 8.33% of them consumed beef every day; 50.00% of the consumers preferred beef without packaging; the monthly mean consumption of beef for most households was about 3 kg. Based on the above survey results, some suggestions were put forward as follows: expanding the scale of high-quality beef cattle breeding, strengthening brand building and improving packaging design of fresh beef product, optimizing beef segmentation, and improving the quality of fresh beef.
