硅对草坪草褐斑病抗性的研究

摘  要:
对草坪草海滨雀稗和狗牙根进行不同硅源处理后接种褐斑病菌,并对这两种草叶片CAT、POD、SOD及PAL酶活性进行了测定。结果表明,硅处理后能降低两种草的病情指数、植株发病率,增强叶片CAT、POD、SOD酶的活性,PAL酶的活性反而降低;不同硅源处理能提高两种草对褐斑病菌的抗性,但硅对这两种草的抗病效果并不相同。

摘  要:
The disease index and incidence activities of catalase(CAT),perioxidase(POD),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and phenylalanine ammonia alyase(PAL) of Cynodon dactylon and seashore paspulum were studied with the treatments of different sources of silicon and inoculation with Rhizoctonia solani under substrate culture.The result expressd that the disease index of silicon application after inoculation of Rhizoctonia solani were significantly lower than CK and the activities of CAT,POD,SOD increased after silicon application while inoculated with Rhizoctonia solani.While silicate decreased PAL activity.But according to the every particular data,it showed that the responses of different silicon application varied to different pathogen resistance.
