红井子作业区腐蚀结垢机理及阻垢缓蚀剂研究

摘  要:
通过红井子作业区采油及集输系统的水样及结垢腐蚀产物分析、水质配伍性试验、腐蚀挂片试验等对采油及集输系统结垢、腐蚀问题产生的原因进行了分析。红井子作业区采油及集输系统腐蚀的原因为水质矿化度过高而引起的电化学腐蚀,结垢的主要原因为水质中的Ca~(2+)、Ba~(2+)、Sr~(2+)、SO_4~(2-)及重碳酸根离子形成CaCO_3、BaSO_4或_结垢。根据红井子作业区采油及集输系统腐蚀结垢机理,针对性开展了防垢防腐药剂研制,研制出新型缓蚀新型阻垢剂FHZJ。在模拟水样中,其加量为100mg/L时,可使20#钢片的腐蚀速率由0.082mm/a降至0.051mm/a;在Ba~(2+)离子浓度为650mg/L,SO_4~(2-)离子浓度为1250mg/L,其加量为50mg/L时,对硫酸钡的阻垢率达到100%,将新研制的阻垢缓蚀剂在红井子作业区采油及集输系统进行现场应用,压力上升仅为原阻垢剂的1/3,防垢防腐效果优良。

摘  要:
By analyzing the water samples and corrosion and scaling matter in oil production and gathering system,water quality compatibility,corrosion coupon test in Hongjingzi Operating Area,the reasons of scaling and corrosion induced in oil production and gathering systems are analyzed.The reason of corrosion is the high salinity in water caused by electrochemical corrosion,scale the main reason of scaling is CaCO_3 and Ba·SrSO_4scale caused by barium strontium ions in water,sulfuric acid root ion bicarbonate ions.Then according to the mechanism of scaling in the oil production and gathering systems in the area,a study is carried out on the anti-scale anticorrosion agent,a new type of corrosion scale inhibitor FHZJ is developed.In simulated water samples,100 mg/L scale inhibitors is added,the corrosion rate of 20#steel disc is reduced to 0.051mm/a from 0.082mm/a.As Ba~(2+)ion concentration is650mg/L,SO_4~(2-)ion concentration is 1250mg/L,at the dosage of 50mg/L,the scale inhibition rate for barium sulfate reaches 100%.The newly developed corrosion and scale inhibitor is used in the oil production and gathering systems in Hongjingzi Operation Area for field application,the pressure rise is only a third of the original scale inhibitor,it has good effect of anti-scale and anticorrosion.
