农业上市公司是上市公司与农业企业的综合体,又是连接农户与市场的纽带,其自身的特殊性决定了其在中国农业发展中的地位。实践证明,利用资本市场,鼓励农业企业上市和在企业间开展资本运营,可以促进我国农业产业化发展,是实现新阶段农业发展政策目标的重要选择。

摘  要：
Listed agricultural companies,whose particularities determined their positions in China’s agricultural development,were the complex of listed companies and agricultural enterprises,and also the link connecting peasant households and the market.Practice proved that it would facilitate the development of Chinese agricultural industrialization to utilize capital market,and to encourage agricultural enterprise going into the market and carrying out capital operation between enterprises.It would be a key option for realizing agricultural development policy target at the new stage.
