摘  要：
试验主要研究不同微生态制剂对蛋鸡生产性能、养分消化率及肠道菌群影响,试验选取432只体况和生产性能相近、健康的海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为3组,每组144只,3个重复,分别为对照组饲喂基础日粮、试验1组(基础日粮+0.5%乳酸菌-红曲霉中药合生元混合制剂)、试验2组(基础日粮+0.5%红曲霉中药制剂),试验共分为两个阶段,即预试期7 d、试验期49 d。试验结果表明:1日粮中添加两种不同微生态制剂能改善日粮的适口性,增加采食量,降低料蛋比;2日粮中添加乳酸菌和中药红曲霉的混合制剂组对蛋鸡日粮中各营养成分的表观消化率均有显著的提高;3中药红曲霉制剂和乳酸菌制剂的混合制剂能显著定植蛋鸡盲肠粪样中乳酸杆菌数量,而中药红曲霉制剂能显著降低盲肠中大肠杆菌的数量。

摘  要：
This test was to study different kinds of probiotics on performance,nutrient digestibilityand intestinal flora of laying hens.We used 432 weight uniformity,egg production was similar,healthybody condition of laying hens were randomly divided into three groups,each set three replicates of 144 chickens were in the control group(basal diets),group 1(basal diets+0.5% lactic acid bacteriapreparation mixed and monascus preparations with traditional chinese medicine) and group 2(basal di-ets+0.5%.Monascus preparations with traditional chinese medicine).Test was divided into two stag-es,namely the pretrial period seven days,49 days trial period.Test results showed:1 We use twokinds of probiotics on laying hens in their diet can improve the palatability,feed intake,and reducethe ratio of feed:egg.2 the lactic acid bacteria-Monascus Chinese apparent mix additive for layinghens each nutrient digestibility were significantly improved.3 the lactic acid bacteria-MonascusChinese apparent mix additive for laying hens can increase the number of lactic acid bacteria in the in-testinal flora of laying hens,Monascus preparations with traditional chinese medicine can reduce thenumber of colibacillus in the intestinal flora significantly of laying hens.
