油用亚麻种质间各脂肪酸含量差异的相关分析

摘  要:
利用气相色谱法测定了不同亚麻酸含量的油用亚麻品种(系)和杂交后代的籽粒各种脂肪酸含量,并且对其各种脂肪酸含量相关关系进行了分析。结果表明,在亚麻酸含量差异大的(含突变基因的材料)种质间亚麻酸与亚油酸的相关系数较稳定(r=-0.991 1±0.003 6),亚麻酸与油酸的相关系数为r=0.780 8±0.050 2,均达到显著水平。在我国普通型的遗传基础稳定的亚麻品种(系)间或仅在突变型品系间进行相关分析,18碳不饱和脂肪酸含量的相关系数均不显著。

摘  要:
The correlation between C18 fatty acids in linseed could be a guide for fast selection for different fatty quality linseed progenies.Gas chromatography was used to test fatty acid content on linseed germs and hybrid progenies.The correlation coefficient among ordinary lines included low linolenic mutant line and indicated significant correlation between linolenic and linoleic(r =-0.991 1±0.003 6) and between linolenic and oleic(r =0.780 8±0.050 2).The correlation coefficient were insignificant both among ordinary lines and among low lenolenic mutant lines.
