浆造纸产业创新能力的评价指标体系研究

摘  要：
首先阐述了企业创新能力与产业创新能力;然后从二维的角度分析了制浆造纸产业创新能力的影响因素,结果表明:影响产业创新能力的因素包括产业自身创新能力因素和产业外部环境因素;最后,提出浆造纸产业创新能力的评价指标体系应当包括:产业创新资源、产业创新倾向、产业创新成果以及产业制造能力等产业自身创新能力指标和产业政策支持、相关服务业发展水平等外部因素指标。

摘  要：
By two-dimensional analysis,the factors of influencing industry innovation capabilities include industry-itself innovation capability factor and external factors index. Therefore,the innovation index system of pulp and paper industry innovation capability should include the innovative capacity index of innovation resource,innovativing disposition,creativing achievements and manufacturing capability,also include the external factors index like the policy support,the development level of the service industry and so on.
