摘  要:
尖孢镰刀菌引起的枯萎病导致农业重大经济损失,并且该病害较难防控。目前主要采用的化学抑菌剂易导致农药残留、农产品品质下降等一系列重大问题,故寻找天然产物抑菌剂迫在眉睫。近些年研究表明挥发油影响尖孢镰刀菌的细胞膜系统、抑制致病基因的转录表达。挥发油由于其易挥发、少残留和生物降解性可以最大限度地减少环境污染,其对病原菌具有多靶标的特性可有效抑制多种病原菌生长繁殖。本文着重阐述尖孢镰刀菌相关致病因子和挥发油的抑菌特性,并简要介绍了连作障碍的发生与防控措施,为防控连作障碍和生物农药或肥料的开发提供理论依据,对绿色农业的发展具有重大意义。

摘  要:
Fusarium wilt caused by Fusarium oxysporum results in great economic losses in agriculture, which is difficult to control. At present, the main use of chemical antifungal agents easily lead to pesticide residues, agricultural product quality and a series of major problems, so it is urgent to find natural antifungal agents. Recent studies showed that essential oil affects the cell membrane system and inhibits the transcriptional expression of pathogenic genes of F. oxysporum. Essential oil can minimize environmental pollution due to its volatile, low residue and biodegradability,and its multi-target characteristics on pathogens can effectively inhibit the growth and reproduction of a variety of pathogens. This paper focuses on the pathogenic factors of F. oxysporum and antifungal characteristics of essential oil against F. oxysporum, and briefly introduces the occurrence and prevention and control measures of continuous cropping obstacles, which could provide theoretical basis for the development of biological pesticides or fertilizers, the prevention and control of continuous cropping obstacles, and had great significance for the development of green agriculture.
