昆明树木园云南红豆杉人工幼林林木生长动态及其枝叶紫杉烷类物质含量的季节变化

摘  要：
对昆明树木园的云南红豆杉人工幼林种植后2年内的林木生长动态进行了观测,并对其不同月份林木枝叶中的紫杉烷类物质含量进行了测定。结果表明:其云南红豆杉人工幼林林木生长迅速,在种植2年后,其平均树高达到112.66 cm,平均地径达到14.38 mm,2年内林木的树高和地径分别增长了294%和331%。全年中4~10月为云南红豆杉幼树生长较快的阶段,而10月以后至次年4月生长较缓;其林木枝叶中的6种紫杉烷类物质的含量在5、7、9三个月中是一年中最高的,表明在云南红豆杉人工幼林的生长盛期,其林木枝叶的紫杉烷类物质含量也较高。故建议在10月左右进行生产用的小枝叶采集。

摘  要：
The growth performance of Taxus wallichiana young trees planted in Kunming Arboretum was sustainable observed for two years,and the contents of taxoids in leaves and branches were determined as well.It was found that Taxus wallichiana young trees showed fast growth,2 years after field planting,the average height and basal diameter achieved 112.66 cm and 14.38 cm respectively,the growth increment of height and basal diameter within 2 years were 294 % and 331 % respectively.Within one year,young trees grew fast from April to October,whereas from October to next March was the stage of low growth.As far as the taxoids is concerned,in May,July and September,high contents were detected.The study results implied that in peak of growing season,the content of taxoids is also high.It is therefore suggested to collect leaves and small branches in October.
