摘  要：
The scale of state-owned assets of scientific research institutions increases with the increase of national investment in science and technology,and the difficulty of asset management is unprecedented.Strengthening the management of state-owned assets will certainly provide a favorable guarantee for the development of scientific undertakings. This paper analyzed the existing problems in the management of stateowned assets and put forward some countermeasures to strengthen the management of state-owned assets in scientific research institutions.
