栽培措施对优质米品种双竹粘米质的影响的研究

摘 要:
试验和调查表明:双竹粘稻米品质受栽培措施的显著影响。两种施肥法中,分施法的垩白米率显著高于前重法;直链淀粉含量则是分施法低于前重法。基本苗数、每亩穗数、每穗粒数和产量均与垩白米率呈正相关趋势,而与直链淀粉含量呈负相关趋势。千粒重与垩白米率极显著负相关,与直链淀粉含量呈极显著正相关。看来,改善充实条件可降低垩白米率,提高直链淀粉含量。作者提出,栽培措施对米质的影响,可能是通过改变穗粒结构而实现的。控制穗数和粒数、后期养根保叶、提高千粒重,是双竹粘优质稳产的主要措施。

摘 要:
Experiments and investigations showed that the rice grain quality of“Sh-uang-zhu-zhan”,a famous quality rice variety,varied considerably whencultivation technics were changed.The percentage of chalky rice was signific-antly higher when nitrogen fertilizer was used by stages during the whole growthperiod than that when nitrogen fertilizer was applied only at the tillering stage.Increase in the number of planting seedlings,the number of panicles per mu,the number of spikelets per panicle were likely to lead to higher percentage ofchalky rice and to lower amylose content;while increase in the 1000 -kernel-weightresulted in lower percentage of chalky rice and higher amylose content.It may besuggested that technics which are effective to lessen the number of paniclesper mu and the number of spikelets per panicle,to make roots and leaves moreactive during the ripening stage so that more carbohydrates can be produced tofill the grains and hence higher 1000-kernel-weight can be achieved are favor-able to improving the rice grain quality of“Shuang-zhu-zhan”
