摘  要：
介绍了全面质量管理(TQM)及ISO9000质量管理体系在高校图书馆中的发展及应用过程,对两种质量体系的特点及具体操作中表现出的优劣势分别进行分析,就目前学术界存在的争议作了简要的阐述,并提出了对高校图书馆质量管理体系实施效果进行监督和评价的问题。

摘  要：
This paper has introduced the implement of TQM and ISO9000 in Academic Library.Though their values in quality improvement have been recognized widely,obvious limits of the procedures that may result in risks in management should be cautious.The paper has made an analysis of the concrete characters of each system,and put forward problems in supervision and evaluation of their actual effect in implementation.
