基于蛛网理论的中国南珠生产波动状况与产业发展的政策建议

摘  要:
中国南珠产业是一个具有深厚历史文化的地方特色产业,但其产量、质量、出口数量、出口价值呈现出波动的特点;其原因是海域资源的资产专用性低和珍珠产品的资产专用性高存在矛盾,使中国南珠产业的风险主要集中在养殖环节,从而使南珠产量不稳定,质量难以提高,南珠产品市场的均衡产量和均衡价格形成类似于发散型蛛网。针对南珠生产波动状况结合产业发展特点,需要采取政府介入、政策支持和资金支持等保护中国南珠产业的重要手段。

摘  要:
The China South-Pearls industry is a characteristic industry with region and ancient history,but the pearls’ quality,the product output,export output and export value of pearls are unsteady.The property for special-purpose of ocean area resources is low and the south-pearls product's property for special-purpose is high,it is a contradiction for the south-pearls industry to enhance the pearls’quality and the output of pearls is unsteady,the industry risk mainly concentrates in the pearls-breeds segment.The form process of the equilibrium output and the equilibrium price in south-pearls products are similar to the radiation-spider web.Be aimed at the state of affairs about production fluctuation and development character in industry,it needs government intervention to protect the south-pearls industry.Government intervention,policy support and the financial support,and so on are the methods to promote the south-pearls industry’s development.
