同一区域不同分布高度葛萝槭表型性状变异分析

摘  要:
为了解同一区域不同分布高度葛萝槭种群表型变异程度及变异规律,对来自河北省灵寿县五岳寨地区3个分布高度葛萝槭种群进行单果质量、单果皮质量、果长、果宽、果厚、果实长宽比、单种质量、种长、种宽、种厚、种子长宽比及种子千粒质量等12个表型性状进行观测,采用平均值、变异系数、方差分析及相关性分析等方法进行分析。结果表明:同一区域葛萝槭果实和种子的12个表型性状在不同分布高度和相同分布高度间都存在显著性差异;葛萝槭果实和种子12个表型性状遗传变异系数为2.033 9%~35.253 4%,变异系数最大的是种子千粒质量,最小的是果宽;12个表型性状平均变异系数最大的为高度1 197.3 m,最小的为高度1 486 m,变异系数在一定分布高度范围内随高度而变化,海拔越高变异系数越小,葛萝槭果实、种子表型性状和分布高度密切相关,各表型性状间相关性不显著,一定高度范围内果实和种子质量随高度升高而增大;种子含水率平均为11.184 1%;变异系数为6.578 1%。

摘  要:
Using mean value, coefficient of variation, variance analysis and correlation analysis and other methods to analyse the single seed weight, single peel weight, fruit length, fruit width, fruit thickness, fruit length/fruit width, single seed weight, seed length, seed width, seed thickness, seed length/seed width and thousand kernel weight of Acer grosseri fruits and seeds from three populations Wuyue Village of Lingshou County, Hebei Province. In order to understand the phenotypic variation degree and variation rules of Acer grosseri populations.Result indicates that the 12 phenotypic traits of with different distibution heights have significant differences between different distribution heights and the same distribution height; the genetic variation coefficients of 12 phenotypic traits is 2.033 9%-35.253 4%,the largest is thousand kernel weight, fruit width is smallest, the phenotypic traits are rich in variation.The highest average coefficient of variation of the 12 phenotypic traits is at 1 197.3 m, and the lowest is at 1 486 m. The coefficient of variation increases with height within a certain distribution height range. The higher of altitude, the smaller coefficient of variation. The phenotypic characters and distribution of the fruit and seed of Acer grosseri are closely related, and the correlation between the phenotypic characters is not significant. Within a certain height range, the fruit and seed quality increases with the height.The moisture content is 11.184 1% of seed, the coefficient of variation is 6.781%.
