血根碱和牛膝多糖对肉鸡血液生化指标及免疫性能的影响

摘  要:
旨在研究血根碱和/或牛膝多糖对黄羽肉鸡血液生化指标及免疫性能的影响。试验选用1日龄(d)黄羽肉鸡300只,随机分成5个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复10只。试验分为两个阶段(1~28 d,28~56 d)进行。结果显示,血根碱和/或牛膝多糖在一定程度上能够降低血液生化指标。1~28 d,血根碱和牛膝多糖对TC有显著的互作效应(P<0.05)。28~56 d,血根碱和牛膝多糖对血液生化指标无显著互作效应(P>0.05);血根碱和牛膝多糖联合添加显著提高了脾小结直径和动脉周围淋巴鞘面积(P<0.05),两者对脾小结直径没有显著互作效应(P>0.05),对动脉周围淋巴鞘有极显著互作效应(P<0.01)。血根碱和牛膝多糖在一定程度上降低了NF-κB、ERK1/2的平均光密度,两者对NF-κB、ERK1/2在脾脏中表达无显著影响或无显著互作效应(P>0.05)。上述结果表明,血根碱和牛膝多糖有提高肉鸡免疫性能的作用,和抗生素效果相当。

摘  要:
To investigate the effects of sanguinarine and/or achyranthes polysaccharides on the blood biochemical indicators and immune performance of yellow feather broilers.Three hundred 1-day-old broilers were selected and randomly divided into five treatments with 6 replicates of 10 each.The experiment included two phases(1-28 days,28-56 days).The results showed that the sanguinarine and/or achyranthes polysaccharides can reduce the levels of blood biochemical indicators to a certain extent.At 1-28 days,sanguinarine and achyranthes polysaccharides had significant interaction effects on TC(P<0.05).At 28-56 days,there was no significant interaction on blood biochemical indicators(P>0.05);the combination of sanguinarine and achyranthes polysaccharides significantly increased the diameter of splenic nodules and the area of lymphatic sheath around the artery(P<0.05).They had no significant interaction effect on the diameter of splenic nodules(P>0.05),and had a extremely significant interaction effect on the area of lymphatic sheath around the artery(P<0.01);The sanguinarine and achyranthes polysaccharides reduced the expression of NF-κB and ERK1/2 to some extent,but had no significant effect or interaction effect(P>0.05).Above all,sanguinarine and achyranthes polysaccharides have the comparable effect improving the immune performance of broilers with antibiotic.
