摘 要：
A kind of virus was isolated from the liver and spleen of Muscovy Duckling with symptoms of diarrhea and grasping.Eighty- percent Muscovy Duckling embryo inoculated with the virus we gain were died in 3 - 7 days. Muscovy Duck fibroblast cells and embryo liquid infected with virus were carried out with Polystyrene LPA and were positive. Using a pair of specific primers, we acquire a 600bp DNA frag- ment, which coincided with what we designed. And MDEF was negative in both Polystyrene LPA & PCR reactions. Furthermore, we compared the sequences of the 600bp DNA and the MPV sequences on GENEBANK, The homology was up to 90%. Thus we can assume that the virus we gain was Muscovy Duckling Parvovirus(MPV).
