基于在线测量系统的轴类零件精密矫直工艺

摘  要:
运用弹塑性理论对轴弯曲相关参数进行分析研究 ,推导出初始曲率和反弯曲率的关系模型。对在线测量的数据进行曲线拟合 ,求解出最大初始曲率、最大初始曲率对应的位置及最大变形量。对初始曲率和反弯曲率的关系模型进行数值计算 ,求得反弯曲率 ,进而求出反弯量的大小 ,为轴矫直提供准确的数据。

摘  要:
By analyzing the relevant parameters of bending shaft through the theory of plastoelastic deformation, the model expressing the relationship between initial curvature and reverse curvature was inferred in this paper. The maximal initial curvature and its relevant location and maximal distortion can be gotten by numerical curve fitting after on-line measurement. According to calculation of the model between initial curvature and reverse curvature, the reverse curvature can be gotten, and the value of reverse curve can be calculated, and then it can offer accurate data for shaft straightening.
