十八烷酸丁酯对甜菜夜蛾产卵和嗅觉行为的影响

摘  要:
为了明确十八烷酸丁酯在白粉菌诱导寄主植物对甜菜夜蛾产生抗性这一过程中的作用,采用双选生物测试等方法研究了该化合物对甜菜夜蛾嗅觉行为和产卵行为的驱避活性。采用质量浓度为1 116、4 069、8 521μg/m L的十八烷酸丁酯乙醇溶液处理中国月季植株,对甜菜夜蛾产卵行为均表现出明显驱避活性,3 d总产卵量与乙醇对照的差异均达到极显著水平,驱避率分别为28.1%、62.4%、53.5%。同样,十八烷酸丁酯处理中国月季植株对甜菜夜蛾卵块数也产生了十分显著的影响。进一步测试了十八烷酸丁酯对该虫嗅觉行为的影响,结果显示,已交配雌蛾对十八烷酸丁酯的趋性明显低于乙醇对照,在3种质量浓度下驱避率分别为31.8%、42.9%、42.2%。田间试验结果也表明,十八烷酸丁酯有明显的驱避活性,十八烷酸丁酯处理和乙醇对照的产卵量分别为732.5、1 735.5枚,驱避率为40.6%。可见,十八烷酸丁酯对甜菜夜蛾具有明显的驱避活性,在甜菜夜蛾无公害防治中有重要应用潜力。

摘  要:
In order to study the effects of butyl stearate( BS) when rose powdery mildew induces the host to resist beet armyworms,the BS repellent activity towards olfactory and ovipositional behaviours of beet armyworms was explored using the methods of dual-choice bioassay and olfactory bioassay. When rose plants were treated with BS solution in ethanol at concentrations of 1 116,4 069,and 8 521 μg/m L,the ovipositional behaviour of beet armyworms was inhibited and the total number of eggs on the treated rose plants during three days decreased significantly compared with the control( ethanol). The repellent percentages were 28. 1%,62. 4%,and 53. 5%,respectively,according to the egg number. Likewise,the obvious inhibition could be found based on the number of egg clutches. The further bioassays elucidated that BS possessed the significantly inhibitory effect on the olfaction of the mated female moths and the repellent percentages were 31. 8%,42. 9%,42. 2% at the three concentrations,respectively. The results from the field tests also demonstrated that the oviposition of the females was inhibited by BS. The egg numbers on the BS-treated roses and on the control plants( treated with ethanol only) were 732. 5 and1 735. 5,and the repellent percentage was 40. 6%. Therefore,BS possesses significantly inhibitory effect on beet armyworms,and the important and potential application of BS in the non-pollution control of the insect can be presumed.
