茶藨子扦插生根过程中多酚氧化酶的变化

摘  要:
通过测定茶藨子扦插生根过程中多酚氧化酶(PPO)的活性,找出氧化酶活性变化与生根的联系。结果表明,插条扦插生根与酶有密切的关系;不同处理的五裂茶藨子插条的PPO活性均呈极显著差异,五裂茶藨子插条和狭果茶藨子插条的PPO活性均呈上升-下降-上升的趋势,且狭果茶藨子的PPO活性均高于五裂茶藨子。

摘  要:
Activity of polyphenol oxidase(PPO)in process of rooting of Ribes meyeri cuttings were determined to find out the relationship of the changes of polyphenol oxidase and its rooting.Result shows that rooting of the cuttings have close relationship with the enzyme.PPO activity of Ribes meyeri cuttings with different treatments are significantly different;PPO activity of Ribes meyeri cuttings and Ribes stenocarpum show trend of rise-fall-rise;PPO activity of Ribes stenocarpum are higher than that of Ribes meyeri.
