轿车车身空气动力稳定性分析及结构优化设计

摘  要:
针对轿车车身结构优化设计问题,基于有限元分析法建立了轿车车身三维实体模型、网格划分模型,并进行了整车车身空气动力流场分析;考虑到车身(包括底盘)的平滑设计,研究了轿车车身空气动力稳定性能对车身结构优化设计的影响,保证汽车在运行中减少前方的空气阻力,同时减少车尾产生的真空涡流,提高汽车的动力性能。

摘  要:
For optimum structure design of car body,the paper built a 3D car body model and mesh division model,and analyzed aerodynamic stability based on finite element analysis method. Considering body and chassis smoothness,it studied the effects of body aerodynamic stability on body structural optimization design in order to ensure reducing air resistance and turbine during running,and improved car's dynamic performance.
