有机硅助剂对阿维菌素防治小菜蛾的增效作用

摘  要:
采用室内毒力测定和田间试验相结合的方法,研究了4种有机硅助剂对阿维菌素防治小菜蛾的增效作用。室内试验结果表明,添加润捷、杰效利、Silwet408和Silwet312助剂的阿维菌素对小菜蛾的室内毒力均高于没有添加有机硅的阿维菌素室内毒力,说明参试助剂对阿维菌素具有明显的增效作用;且4种有机硅助剂对阿维菌素的增效作用基本相当,相互之间没有显著差异。田间试验结果表明,在减少1/4阿维菌素用量的情况下,每公顷使用有机硅助剂300 g,对小菜蛾防治能够达到其常规推荐剂量的效果,且对球茎甘蓝作物无不良影响,可在生产上推广使用,为蔬菜生长中农药减量化提供技术支持。

摘  要:
The paper was to study the synergistic effect of several kinds of organosilicone additives on control effects of avermectin against diamondback moth. The combination method of laboratory toxicity determination and field test was adopted to study the synergistic effects of 4 kinds of organosilicone additives on control effects of avermectin against diamondback moth. Laboratory test result showed that the indoor toxicity of abamectin added with additives of Runjie, Jiexiaoli, Silwet408 and Silwet312 was higher than that of abamectin without additives, which indicated that the tested additives had obvious synergistic effect on avermectin. The synergistic effects of 4 kinds of additives were basically the same, without significant difference with each other. Field test result showed that when avermectin volume was reduced by 1/4, the addition of 300 g/hm2 organosilicone additives could reach the control effect as the routinely recommended dose.It had no adverse effect on cabbage crops, and could be promoted in production. This study provided technology support for reduced dosage of pesticide in vegetable production.
