牛蒡在降血压、降血脂、提高免疫力、抗肿瘤、减肥等方面有良好的作用,但对牛蒡系列保健食品研究相对较少,本文就牛蒡的保健作用和产品进行综述,为牛蒡保健食品的开发利用提供一定依据。
