Research on the Performance of Asset Restructuring for the Listing Corporation of The Corps——Based on Empirical Research on BHC Limited by Share Ltd

2015 Boao forum positioned Xinjiang as the core area of the Silk Road Economic Zone,showing the importance of The Xinjiang Corps as the backbone of stability and prosperity in the core area of the construction.Based on Xinjiang BINGTUAN listed companies as the research object,using the Z score correction model,the BINGTUAN listed company's financial status risk is assessed.The results show that BINGTUAN listed company's overall financial risk proportion is higher,showing the number of loss making companies is higer and most of them improve their performance through the reorganization of assets; then treating baihuacun Co.,Ltd.as a case,by using long,short-term market performance analysis method,the performances of BINGTUAN listed companies after asset restructuring are analyzed,the long-term performance after the reorganization is not ideal,and there are the unreasonable assets structure and other problems.Finally,this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures to improve the overall value of The Corps enterprises,so that it can be a healthy and sustainable development in the market economy.
