独龙鸡微卫星标记遗传多样性的比较

摘  要:
为了从分子水平上揭示独龙鸡群体遗传结构,利用鸡基因组中25个微卫星标记,检测了独龙鸡群体的遗传多样性,同时探讨了独龙鸡在国内几个地方鸡种中的系统地位.结果表明:25个微卫星位点共检测到90个等位基因,其中ADL0166位点的等位基因数最多,为8个,而ADL0112、LEI0166、MCW0067、ADL0268、MCW0294、MCW0078和MCW0183这7个位点的等位基因数最少,为2个;聚类分析结果显示,独龙鸡与我国华南、西南地区鸡种之间有比较密切的亲缘关系,而与我国华北和东北地区鸡种亲缘关系均较远.总体而言,该系统聚类结果与13个鸡种的地理分布是一致的,并且认为独龙鸡是由红原鸡进化而来的家鸡品种.

摘  要:
By using 25 loci from the chicken genome,this paper detected the genetic diversity of Dulong chicken and investigated its phylo-genetic status among several native chicken breeds from a molecular level,in order to reveal its population genetic construction.The results show that from the 25 loci are detected 90 alleles,out of which ADL0166 has the most alleles(being 8) but ADL0112,LEI0166,MCW0067,ADL0268,MCW0294,MCW0078 and MCW0183 have the least ones(being only 2).The cluster analysis indicates that the genetic relationship among Dulong chicken,Southwest China chicken and South China chicken breeds is close while that among Dulong chicken,Northeast China chicken and North China chicken breeds is diverging.Generally,this clustering diagram coincides with the distributing geography of the 13 chicken breeds.The paper also thinks that the red jungle-fowl is the matriarchic ancestor of Dulong chicken.
