全舍饲大跨度奶牛舍粉尘浓度的变化规律

摘  要:
旨在研究全舍饲大跨度奶牛舍两种粉尘(PM2.5和PM10)浓度在全天不同时段的变化和月变化规律.采用尘埃记数器对奶牛舍内外的PM2.5和PM10浓度进行连续12个月的监测与分析.结果表明,所有月份舍内PM10浓度均显著高于舍外(P<0.05);12个月的舍内PM2.5和PM10浓度变化范围分别为1.8~53.5和84.9~308.5μg/m3.大多数月份表现为早上或晚上PM2.5和PM10浓度高于中午的规律性,尤其2月份和11月份,2月份早、晚的PM2.5分别是中午的9.5倍和5.5倍,11月份早、晚的PM2.5是中午的2.0和3.5倍;而2月份早和11月份晚的PM10分别是中午的2.1倍和3.4倍.从月变化规律看,舍内两种粉尘浓度自7月或8月份开始呈现增加趋势,于12月份达最高值,为41.8μg/m3(PM2.5)和308.5μg/m3(PM10),而1~6月份PM2.5、1~7月份PM10平均浓度分别仅9.2μg/m3和109.0μg/m3.本研究结果可为奶牛舍的标准化建设及通风设计提供数据支撑.

摘  要:
The objective of this study was to investigate the variations in dust(PM_(2.5) and PM_(10))concentrations in the air in the large-span closed houses of dairy cows at different time points during the day of different months of the year. The detection was performed of the concentrations of the two dusts for 12 continuous months using a dust detector. The results showed that the indoor concentration of PM_(10) was significantly higher than the outdoor concentration in every month(P<0.05). The ranges of variations of the PM_(2.5) and PM_(10) contents were from 1.8 to 53.5 μg/m~(3 )and 84.9 to 308.5 μg/m~3, respectively. The concentrations of the two dusts were higher in the morning or evening than at noon. In February, the PM_(2.5) concentrations in the morning and evening were 9.0 and 5.5 times those at noon. And in November, the concentrations in the morning and evening were 2.0 and 3.5 times those at noon. The PM_(10) concentrations in the morning in February and the evening in November were 2.1 and 3.4 times of those at noon, respectively. According to the monthly variation of concentrations, the indoor concentrations of PM_(2.5) and PM_(10) tend to increase from July or August to December during the year, reaching their highest values in December, at 41.8 μg/m~(3 )(PM_(2.5)) and 308.5 μg/m~3(PM_(10)), respectively. From January to June, The concentration of PM_(2.5) from January to June and that of PM_(10) from January to July were 9.2 and 109.0 μg/m~3, respectively. The results of this study provided reference for dairy cow house designing in terms of ventilation.
