摘 要:
研究了在0~2℃低温条件下,1-MCP保鲜剂和ClO2防腐剂两者协同作用对魁金杏果实贮藏期和货架期品质影响。结果表明,1-MCP+ClO2处理能够降低魁金杏果实腐烂率,延缓衰老,延长贮藏保鲜期和货架期。

摘 要:
The author studied the effects of the application of 1-MCP antistaling agent or ClO2 preservative and their combined application at 0~2 ℃ low temperature on the storage quality and shelf-life quality of Prunus armeniaca 'Kuijin' fruits.The results showed that the combined application of 1-MCP and ClO2 could reduce the rot rate,postpone the caducity,and prolong the preservation period and shelf life of 'Kuijin' fruits.
