白星花金龟幼虫转化蟹味菇菌糠的研究

摘  要:
本研究通过测定不同温度和虫料比条件下白星花金龟幼虫对蟹味菇菌糠的取食情况和生长特性,包括菌糠取食量、虫体增重、虫砂产生量、虫体转化率等指标,最终明确了白星花金龟幼虫转化菌糠的最佳饲养温度及虫料比;进一步通过种子发芽指数(Germination index,GI)测定,评估了蟹味菇菌糠及其经白星花金龟幼虫转化后的虫砂对植物的毒性.结果表明,温度为26℃,虫料比为1:6时,白星花金龟幼虫表现出最佳的生长状态和取食效果;蟹味菇菌糠经白星花金龟幼虫转化后产生的虫砂的GI值大于50%,表明其可作为潜在有机肥资源.该研究为食用菌菌糠的生态高值化利用提供一定的理论依据.

摘  要:
Our study was to explore the effect of Protaetia brevitarsis larvae(PBL)on the treatment of the spent substrate of Hypsizygus marmoreus(SSHM).The treatment groups with different temperatures and larvae-feed ratio were designedtostudy the feeding conditions and growth characteristics of PBL,including the amount of SSHM,the weight gain of the larvaebody,the amount of insect sand production,and the conversion rate of the larvae body.Finally,the optimal feedingtemperature and ratio of PBL to SSHM were determined,and the seed germination index(GI)was measured to evaluate thetoxicity of the SSHM and the insect sand transformed by PBL to the plant.The results showed that the PBL representedthebest growth state at 26℃.When the ratio of larvae to feed was 1:6,the PBL showed the best feeding effect and growthcharacteristics.The GI value of the insect sand produced by the transformation of SSHM by PBL is greater than 50%,whichis basically non-phytotoxic and can be used as a potential organic fertilizer resource.Our study can provide the theoretical basis for the ecological high-value utilization of the spent mushroom substrate.
