动物胃肠道菌群检测技术的研究进展

摘  要:
胃肠道菌群的相对稳定对动物健康和营养代谢有着非常重要的作用。胃肠道菌群的多样性和准确检测一直是生物技术的难点之一。为了更深层次地了解动物胃肠道菌群及其作用机制,需要开展对动物胃肠道菌群的准确、快速、大通量的检测。为此,新一代的测序技术应运而生且发展迅速。文章就新一代测序技术的产生与作用、不同测序平台的特点,以及在动物胃肠道菌群研究中的应用进行了阐述。

摘  要:
The relative stability of the gastrointestinal tract flora plays a very important role on animal health and nutrition metabolism. Diversity and accurate detection of gastrointestinal tract flora has been one of the difficulties in biotechnology. To gain a deeper understanding of the gastrointestinal tract flora in animals and its mechanism of action,it is necessary to carry out the accurate,fast,high- throughput testing on the gastrointestinal tract microflora in animals. To this end,a new generation of sequencing technology has come into being and developed rapidly.This paper elaborates the production of a new generation of sequencing technology and its application,and the characteristics of different sequencing platforms and application of the research on the gastrointestinal tract microflora in animals.
