拖拉机发动机缸体修复技术研究——基于激光熔覆技术

摘  要:
拖拉机发动机缸体修复是拖拉机维修和修复工作中的最大难题,目前对这方面的研究还很少。为了实现拖拉机发动机缸体的快速修复,提高修复效果,提出了一种基于激光熔覆的拖拉机发动机缸体修复技术,利用三维模型布尔操作和扫描轮廓技术实现了缺失部件的建模,利用分层切片处理与截面轮廓线填充实现了激光熔覆路径规划。为了验证激光熔覆技术的可行性,建立了激光熔覆修复系统的实验平台,并对一款重型拖拉机的缸体修复进行了实验。结果表明:采用激光熔覆技术可以使发动机缸体的凹陷部位基本恢复原貌,且修复后的强度和未修复部位基本一致,从而验证了激光熔覆修复的精度和可靠性,对激光成形维修技术的研究具有重要的现实意义。

摘  要:
The cylinder block repair of tractor engine is the most difficult problem in the maintenance and repair of tractor. There are few researches on the repair technology of tractor engine cylinder block. In order to realize the rapid repair of the tractor engine cylinder,improve the repair effect,it proposed a tractor engine cylinder repair technology based on laser cladding,the lack of modeling component using a three-dimensional model of boolean operation and scanning contour technique by using slicing processing and contour line filling the laser cladding path planning. In order to verify the feasibility of laser cladding technology,it set up the experimental platform of laser cladding repair system,and cylinder repair on a heavy-duty tractor is experimented. The experimental results show that the laser cladding technology can make the concave part of the engine cylinder basically restored,and after the restoration of the strength and not repair the basic parts consistent,which proves the laser cladding repair accuracy and reliability. It has important practical significance to research the technology of laser forming repair.
