基于系统动力学的南四湖流域用水需求模拟模型研究

摘  要:
在对南四湖流域水资源系统及社会经济系统进行动态分析的基础上,运用系统动力学的基本理论和方法,构建用水需求与经济社会相互制动的系统动力学模型。系统模型模拟的结果表明:依靠农业节水、限制高用水工业发展规模、重点发展第三产业和提高水资源利用系数的综合调控措施,可以实现水资源供需平衡和用水需求与经济社会发展的制动匹配;模型输出可以为南四湖流域需水管理和流域管理部门制定政策提供参考。

摘  要:
On the basis of analyzing water resource system and social economic system in Nansihu lake basin,the basic theory and method of system dynamics were used to construct system dynamics model for mutual interaction between water demand and economic society in Nansihu lake basin.The simulation results showed that relying on comprehensive regulation and control measures that saving water in agriculture,limiting developing size of high water-using industry,focusing on development of the tertiary industry and improving utilization coefficient of water use,it can achieve a balance between supply and demand of water resources,and it also can realize mutual interaction between water demand and development of economic society.The model output can provide a reference to management of water demand of Nansihu lake basin and can provide a basis for policy making for watershed management departments.
