安哥拉渔业概况及投资前景分析

安哥拉位于非洲西南部,濒临大西洋,海岸线长达1 650公里,海洋专属经济区及周边海域渔业资源丰富。渔业曾经是安哥拉的支柱产业,上世纪70年代,安哥拉海洋渔业捕捞产量最高达到70万吨。之后,长达20多年的内战使安哥拉的经济和渔业遭受重创,渔业产量陡降至25万吨左右。内战结束后,安哥拉政府正在努力采取措施发展国内经济,包括吸引外资恢复本国渔业生产。中国与安哥拉在许多领域有过长期合作,在目前情况下,中国企业投资安哥拉海洋渔业,尤其是投资安哥拉的水产品加工业具有较好前景。

摘  要：
Angola is located in the southwestern Africa,bordering the Atlantic,with a 1 650 kms long coastline.Fishery resources are rich in its Exclusive Economic Zone and the surrounding sea areas.Fishing has been the most important industry in Angola,and the marine fishing yield of Angola reached 700 000 tons in 1970's.the civil war lasting for more than 20 years destroyed the economy and fisheries of Angola,and fishery output dropped to 250 000 tons.After the war,the government of Angola tried to take measures for the development of the domestic economy,including attracting foreign investment to restore its fishery production.China and Angola have long-term cooperation in many fields,in the present circumstances,to invest in Angola marine fisheries,especially the investment on Angola aquatic product processing industry has good prospects.
