油气悬挂缸参数对车辆平顺性影响的理论研究

摘  要:
建立了车辆油气悬挂缸的数学模型 ,并通过特性试验验证了该模型的正确性 ,在悬挂缸模型的基础上建立了该车辆的 2自由度动力学模型 ,并从理论上研究了悬挂缸初始充气压力、阻尼孔直径和环形腔横截面积变化对油气悬挂车辆平顺性的影响规律 ,为合理确定悬挂缸的各种参数提供了理论依据。

摘  要:
A mathematical model for a hydro pneumatic suspension cylinder was established and proved to be correct by the characteristic tests. Based on the model, a sub model for a two degree of freedom of vehicle was also set up. The influences of the initial pressure of the hydro pneumatic suspension cylinder, the diameter of the damper and the area of the annular room on the ride conformability of the vehicle were analyzed by means of theoretical simulation.
