木立芦荟多糖提取工艺研究

摘  要:
采用热水浸提法提取木立芦荟多糖,通过正交试验优化提取工艺,分析其主要的影响因素.结果显示,最佳提取工艺条件为:浸提温度70℃、浸提时间4 h、料液比1∶20、提取次数3次.在此工艺条件下木立芦荟多糖的提取率达5.48%.

摘  要:
The polysaccharide was extracted by hot water extraction method,the influencing factors were analyzed and the extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test in Aloe arborescens Mill..The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were the extraction temperature of 70℃,the extraction duration of 4 hours,the solid-to-liquid ratio of 1 ∶ 20 and extracting 3 times.Under this condition,the extraction ratio reached 5.48%.
