华山松人工林土壤酶活性与理化因子的通径分析

摘  要:
为评估不同林龄的华山松(Pinus armandii)人工林土壤肥力对土壤酶活性的影响,运用通径分析研究了云南省玉溪市磨盘山国家森林公园内3种不同林龄华山松人工林土壤理化性质与土壤酶活性的关系。结果表明:华山松人工林在中龄林—近熟林—成熟林的发育进程中,土壤养分和土壤酶活性表现出较明显的表聚现象,并且各理化因子对土壤酶活性均有不同程度的影响。由相关系数和通径分析可知,土壤有机质和密度通过自身强烈的直接作用和通过其它理化因子的间接作用影响着酶活性的变化,是影响该区土壤酶活性的主导因子;土壤脲酶的活性主要受理化因子之间的间接作用影响;土壤全磷质量分数对土壤过氧化氢酶强烈的直接作用和通过其它理化因子表现出的间接作用使其在很大程度上决定着过氧化氢酶活性;土壤pH值是影响土壤转换酶活性的重要因素。

摘  要:
In order to assess the influences of soil properties on soil enzyme activities in different age of Pinus armandii plantation,we studied the relations between soil properties and soil enzyme activities under three different ages of P. armandii plantation by path analysis in Mopan Mountain of Yuxi,Yunnan Province. With the developing process of central aged forest,nearly mature forest,mature forest of P. armandii plantation,the soil nutrients and soil enzyme activities accumulated obviously on the soil surface and the soil enzyme activities were affected by soil properties in varying degrees. By correlation coefficient and path analysis,the variation of three enzymes activity were directly affected by soil bulk density,soil organic matter and indirectly affected by other soil properties including soil bulk density and soil organic matter. Soil bulk density and soil organic matter were the dominant factors affecting three soil enzyme activity in this areas. Urease activity was influenced indirectly with other soil properties. Total phosphorus largely determined catalase activity because of its strong direct and indirect effects with other soil properties. pH values was the important factor affecting invertase activity.
