摘 要:
用二羟甲基二乙烯脲(DMDHEU)和糠醇(FA)复配处理后,杨木的质量增加率为14.8%~37.5%,并系统研究了改性处理对木材紫外加速老化性能的影响。光电子能谱(XPS)分析表明,随着老化时间的增加,未处理材表面O1s数量增加,XO/XC较老化前增加36.9%;经10%、20%和30%药液处理木材老化后表面的XO/XC分别增加20.5%、25.5%和14.7%。红外吸收光谱(FTIR)分析显示,老化2 000 h后处理材在1 700、1 075 cm-1两处的吸收峰明显比未处理材弱,说明DMDHEU和FA处理杨木能够减缓紫外光造成的老化。老化后的木材颜色都变深,未处理材的色差随着老化时间逐渐增大,处理材在开始的500 h色差迅速增加,之后趋于稳定。以上结果表明,DMDHEU/FA处理能有效改善杨木的抗老化性能。

摘 要:
We used the mixture of 1,3-dimethylol-4,5-dihydroxyethyleneurea( DMDHEU) and furfuryl alcohol( FA) to modify Poplar wood in weight percent gain of 14.8%-37.5% and studied the modifying effects on the artificial weathering of wood determined. By X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy( XPS),the weathering caused the increase by 36.9% in the ratio of oxygen /carbon on the untreated wood,but 20.5%,25.5% and 14.7% on the wood treated with 10%,20% and 30% of chemical solutions,respectively. FT-IR spectroscopy displayed that the intensities of the treated wood locating at 1 700 cm-1and1 075 cm-1assigned to C = O and C-O,respectively,were weaker than those of the untreated controls after weathering of2 000 h. The surface color of both untreated and treated wood was darker due to weathering compared to the unweathered controls. Darkening of the untreated wood proceeded gradually with the weathering time. However,darkening of the treated wood occured mainly in the initial 500 h. These results demonstrate that treatments with the mixture of DMDHEU /FA can improve the resistance to weathering.
