通过分析和探讨目前高校图书馆流通部存在的一些问题,提出了相应的改进措施:增加技术人员在流通岗位;加强培训和管理,改善服务设备及环境;采取适当的激励机制,落实岗位责任制;卫生清洁工作包给清洁公司。

摘  要：
This paper has analyzed and explored problems existed in the library circulation section in universities,put forward corresponding amendment measures: increase staff at the post of the circulation section,strengthened trainings and managements,improved service equipment and environment;take proper incentive mechanism and materialized post responsibility;and outsourced sanitation work to cleaning companies.
