烟草花叶病防治药剂筛选试验

摘  要：
室内实验分别以TMV和CMV的枯斑寄主心叶烟和苋色黎为测试寄主，采用全叶法接种，接种前和接后分别对接种叶片半叶法涂施几种病毒防治刘。结果表明．3．85％病毒必克无论在接种前还是接种后涂施对TMV和CMV都有较好的抑制效果，接种前在心烟上和苋色黎上抑制率分别为88．85％和86．77％，接后抑制率分别为82．77％和78．57％；植病灵和病毒A在接种前涂施对TMV和CMV均有较好抑制效果，几乎都超过75％；接种后涂施抑制效果较差。大田实验选用3种植物病毒病防治剂和2种杀蚜剂对烟草花叶病进行防治，结果表明，病毒防治剂病毒必克、植病灵、病毒A均对花叶病有较好的预防效果．防效依次为3．85％病毒必克72．61％、1．5％植病灵60．8％、20％病毒A59．00％，其中病毒必克防效最好，可达70％以上，并且有一定治疗作用，其它2种病毒防治剂对花叶病无治疗作用；杀蚜剂氧乐果、抗蚜威对花叶防效分别为12．76％和11．42％。

摘  要：
Three controlling virus Agrochemicals-Bilken virusicide,Zhibingling, virus a were evaluatedfor effects to two virus, TMV and CMV, on Nicoiana glutinosa and Chenopodium amaranticolor in green-house screening trials. TMV was inoculated in Nicotina glutionsa,CMV in Chenopodium amaranticolor,controlling virus Agrochemicals were smeared over the half inoculated leaf before inoculation and 24 hoursafter inoculation. The result is that Bilken virusicide have good effects to two virus TMV and CMV eitherbefore or after inoculation,the effect is 88. 85% and 82. 77%; which of two other Agrochemicals havinggood effects before inoculation is 78. 81 % and 76. 29%; but have lower effect after inoculation. The trail ofseveral Agrochemicals field shows that controlling virus Agrochemicals Bilken Virusicide, Zhibingling,virusa all have good prevention to tobacco mosaic disease (TMV and CMV),the effects of which are 7O. 6O%,60. 8% and 59%. Bilken virusicide not only has the best prevention effect,but also has some cure effect,other two virus Agrochemicals have no cure effects. Two pesticide dimethoat and Pirimicarb hardly have ef-fects to tobacco mosaic disease.
