气相色谱法测定饲料添加剂薄荷素油中薄荷脑的含量

摘  要:
试验建立了饲料添加剂薄荷素油中薄荷脑含量测定的气相色谱方法。试样用乙醇溶解、定容后,经毛细管气相色谱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器测定,保留时间定性,外标法定量,薄荷脑在优化的色谱条件下获得了良好的分离。方法学研究结果表明,薄荷脑在0.035 6~1.780 mg/ml浓度范围内具有良好线性关系,相关系数r=0.999 8;回收率高,3个水平的平均加标回收率分别为99.2%、98.2%、98.5%,重现性好,6次平行测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.5%。用所建立的方法对多份混合型饲料添加剂样品进行薄荷脑含量测定,均取得满意的结果。该方法灵敏、准确、分离度好、重现性高,可用于薄荷素油的质量控制,方法可广泛应用于饲料等相关产品中薄荷脑含量的测定。

摘  要:
We have established the GC method to determine the menthol in feed additives peppermintoil. The sample was dissolved in ethanol and measured by capillary gas chromatography with flame ion-ization detector, retention time qualitative and external standard quantitative. Menthol under optimizedchromatographic conditions has obtained a good separation. Methodological results showed that men-thol has a good linear relationship within 0.035 6~1.780 mg/ml concentration range and the correlationcoefficient r=0.999 8; Then we have conducted three levels spiked recovery test, calculated recoverieswere 99.2%, 98.2%, 98.5% respectively, and the relative standard deviation(RSD) of six parallel deter-mination results was 1.5%. The method was applied to multiple samples of mixed feed additives tomeasure menthol levels and have achieved satisfactory results. The method established here is sensi-tive, accurate and with good resolution and reproducibility. It can be used to control the quality of pep-permint oil, the method can be widely applied to the determination of menthol content in feed and oth-er related products.
