基于底栖动物生物完整性指数B-IBI的济南地区水体健康评价

摘  要:
以济南地区为研究范例,于2014年11月对济南地区28个水体样点的底栖动物群落进行跟踪调查,并在此基础上应用底栖动物生物完整性评价指数(B-IBI)对济南地区水生态系统进行综合健康评价。结果表明,济南地区水体共鉴定出底栖动物32种;底栖动物群落密度平均值为788.91ind/m~2,生物量平均值为131.94g/m~2,香农威纳指数平均值为1.56,均匀度指数平均值为0.79。综合健康评价结果表明,济南地区大部分水体健康状况较差;济南地区南部的健康状况较好,而中部及北部地区水体健康状况较差。

摘  要:
The community structure of macroinvertebrate and characteristics of environmental factors among 28 sampling sites of Jinan Area were investigated in Noverber,2014.The comprehensive health evaluation of aquatic ecosystem in Jinan Area is carried out by using benthos biological integrity evaluation index(B-IBI).The results show that 32 macroinvertebrate species are detected,with average macroinvertebrate density of 788.91 ind/m~2,average biomass is 131.94 g/m~2,average ShannonWiener index is 1.56 and Pielou index is 0.79.The results of B-IBI indicate that the health condition of the water body in most parts of Jinan is poor;the health condition in the southern part of Jinan is better,and the water body in the central and northern parts of Jinan is in a bad condition.
