特用竹种酒竹的埋秆、扦插育苗技术

摘  要:
于云南元江和墨江进行酒竹的埋秆和扦插试验,试验结果表明:1年生茎秆和当年生一级枝的生根率分别小于2年生茎秆和1年生一级枝,ABT处理可以提高2年生茎秆和1年生一级枝的生根率,河沙+10%蛭石的扦插床亦可提高生根率,元江试验结果明显低于墨江,说明墨江的气候环境更适宜酒竹的埋秆、扦插。扦插繁殖。埋秆、扦插繁殖可以为我国西南半干旱地区发展人工酒竹林提供便捷的途径。

摘  要:
Native to East Africa,Oxyternanthera braunii is a precious natural resource,especially for the sap extracted from it,which can be used as raw material of alcohol for renewable energy.According to reports from India and U.S.A,very few researches have been done for this species.Therefor,a series of comparative culm burying and branch cuttage propagation experiments were conducted in different culture substrata and seasons with various portions of shoots.Results showed that rooting rates of one-year-old culms and current year primary branches were lower than that of two-year-old culms and one-year-old primary branches.Hormone treatment using ABT with 200~300 mg/L concentration and 2 hours soaking in comparison with pure water soaking was undertaken,and results indicated that ABT can promote the rooting capability of epicomic branch with proper selective culm burying and branch cutting materials.The best substrate was composed of river sand and 10% vermiculite,in which the average rooting rate was higher,and the rooting rate increased with number of cutting nodes.As a result,the rooting rate and transplanting survival rate indicated that the weather in Mojiang is better for field asexual reproduction than in Yuanjiang.It suggested that culm burying and branch cuttage can raise the general capability of O.braunii in Southwest China and the most suitable environment for O.braunii planting is in the middle-high mountain area.
