人工驯养条件下商城肥鲵的生物学观察

摘要：

在实验室人工驯养条件下观察商城肥鲵的行为、摄食、生长和不可逆点等特征。结果显示,商城肥鲵喜弱光条件下(25lux)生活,在密度较大时(2尾以上相遇)易相互残杀。肉食性,长期投喂同一种新鲜肉类有厌食现象,喜食水蚯蚓、青虾和鱼苗。最适生长水温为22±0.5℃。平均体质量18.87g的商城肥鲵在饥饿45d后出现不可逆点。

摘要：

The general behavior, feeding, growth and point-of-no-return of Pachyhynobius shangchengensis under domestic conditions were observed in laboratory. The results showed that Pachyhynobius shangchengensis was carnivorous, liked to live in low light conditions(25lux), fought against each other when over 2 tails together, and lost its appetite for long-term feeding with same fresh meat. However, live food such as water earthworm, freshwater shrimp, and fry were their favorites. Optimum temperature for growth was 22 ±0.5 ℃. The point of no return(PNR)appeared after starving 45 d for Pachyhynobius shangchengensis with 18.87 g of the average body weight.
