水稻秧盘育秧流水线自动叠盘装备现状与展望

摘  要:
水稻工厂化秧盘育秧播种流水线主要由供盘、铺底土、压实、精密播种、淋洒水和取叠盘等装备组成。由于我国现阶段对工厂化育秧设备研究薄弱,关键技术有待突破,国内的流水线在播种后取叠盘主要由人工逐个取盘,不仅劳动强度大,容易造成疲劳,还制约着工厂化育秧的生产效率,故秧盘自动叠盘装备对提高流水线自动化程度、降低劳动强度和提高效率等方面具有重要作用。为此,综述了国内外自动叠盘技术与装备的现状,分析了现有自动叠盘装备的工作原理,指出了现行装置中关键部件存在的不足,提出了水稻秧盘育秧流水线自动叠盘装备今后的发展趋势,指明可靠性高、适应性强、符合轻简栽培技术要求、能实现自动智能检测与控制是自动叠盘装备的主要发展方向。

摘  要:
At present,taking trays out from the rice nursery seedling planter is carried out by manual working,which is labor-intensive and inefficient,and some of the tray stackers existing now can somehow realize the function of automatic stacking,but most of them are inefficient and have a poor intelligence. Based on reviewing the research domestic and overseas of automatic tray stacking device and technology,this paper analyzed the shortages of existing automatic tray stacking devices,and summarized the types and characteristics of the automatic tray stacking techniques. This paper pointed out that the automatic tray stacking equipments develops in a direction of intellectualization and with hard and soft tray,with high-speed to increase the efficiency. The automatic tray stacking device can play a more important role in rice nursing seedlings pipeline.
