白虎定喘口服液的质量检测

摘 要：
为了建立白虎定喘口服液的质量检测标准,采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对处方中金银花、黄芩、知母、板蓝根进行鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对黄芩中有效成分黄芩苷进行含量测定。结果表明,薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离度好,特异性强;在0.103mg/mL~0.824mg/mL范围内黄芩苷浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,阴性对照无干扰,加样回收率平均为97.98%,精密度试验RSD为0.61%。说明建立的检测方法简便、准确、专属性强、重复性好,可对白虎定喘口服液的质量进行有效检测。

摘 要：
In order to establish the quality detection method of Baihu Dingchuan oral liquid,Flos Lonicerae,Radix Scutellariae,Rhizoma Anemarrhenae and Radix Isatidis in the prescription were identified by TCL,and the method of HPLC for the determination of baicalin was studied.The results showed that the dots of TLC were clear,separation degree was good,specificity was strong;The baicalin has a good linear relationship in the range of 0.103mg/mL-0.824mg/mL.The negative control had no interference.The average recovery rate was 97.98%,and precision test RSD is 0.61%.The detection method established in this study is simple,accurate,specific and reproducible,which can effectively detect the quality of Baihu Dingchuan oral liquid.
