天然彩色茧烘茧前后色素含量变化的测定与比较

摘  要:
本文对几个天然彩色茧品种烘茧前后色素含量的测定分析,结果表明:烘茧前或者烘茧后,黄酮色素的含量绿色茧最高,平均达到每克茧壳2.5 mg左右,比白色茧高4倍左右,其次是黄色茧品种每克茧壳约1学艺术mg,白色茧和红色茧品种较低;类胡萝卜素黄色茧和红色茧品种均在每克茧壳0.5 mg左右,比白色茧高8倍左右,绿色茧和白色茧均较低;烘茧后黄酮色素及类胡萝卜素含量的损失率大多在10%~30%左右,色素的稳定性较好,品种之间有差异。

摘  要:
This article mainly determined and analyzed the pigment contents of several natural colorful cocoon varieties before and after dried.The results showed that the flavone content was 2.5 mg/g in average in green cocoon before and after dried,which was 4 times higher than white cocoon.The content in average in yellow cocoon was 1 mg/g,which was little higher than white and red cocoon.The carotenoid content in yellow and red cocoon was 0.5 mg/g,which was 8 times higher than white cocoon.The loss ratio of flavone and carotenoid in dried cocoon was 10%~30%,it means the stability of the pigment was optimal,and there was obvious difference between cocoon varieties.
