摘 要：
I型牛疱疹病毒(BHV-1)可引起牛的呼吸道疾病、生殖道损害、流产甚至致死性系统感染,给养牛业造成了严重的经济损失,疫苗接种是防治本病的主要措施。文章介绍了其活载体疫苗的构建原理、研究进展及应用前景方面内容。

摘 要：
Bovine Herpesvirus-1(BHV-1)may cause cattles a variety of disease syndromes, including rhinotracheitis, abortions, vulvovaginitis,conjunctivitis, encephalitis and fatal multisystemic failure, and it brings about severe enconomic loses to livestock breeding. Vaccination is an important means to prevent this kind of disease. In this report, the construction mechanism of BHV-1 live-vector vaccine,the trends and approaches in developing it are discussed.
