摘  要:
为了在设计阶段对拖拉机驾驶室的安全强度进行预估 ,建立了拖拉机驾驶室有限元模型。依据GB712 1— 86拖拉机驾驶室安全强度验收标准 ,提出了模拟拖拉机翻车工况计算的有限元加载模式。应用弹塑性理论和非线性有限元分析方法 ,对拖拉机驾驶室进行了安全强度预估分析。分析结果与试验基本一致 ,表明用该方法可以实现对拖拉机驾驶室的安全强度预估

摘  要:
In this paper, a way that can be used to estimate the safety of a tractor cab in designing phrase was introduced. According to it, the finite element model of a tractor cab was created based on the theory of elastic and plastic mechanics and nonlinear finite element method. The calculation was carried out according to the scheduled load patterns. In this paper, a load pattern for simulating the overturn of a tractor was put forward used for the finite element calculation according to GB7121-86. And it was applied to a certain tractor cab to estimate the safety. To verify the validity, a verification test was made and the result showed that it was workable.
