论如何加强农业类事业单位财务管理

摘  要：
财务管理是农业类事业单位经济性发展的保障,也是实现农业类事业单位工作价值最大化的重要前提。文章阐述了当前我国农业事业单位财务管理工作中存在的内部审计能力缺陷、财务管理团队落后、财务基础工作不规范、预算管理体系不科学等问题,从强化内部审计机制、提高财务团队整体素质、强化财务基础工作、加强财务预算管理力度四个方面提出了提高事业单位财务管理水平的可行策略。

摘  要：
Financial management is the guarantee of the economic development of agricultural institutions, and also the important premise to maximize the work value of agricultural institutions. This paper expounds the current financial management of the existing agricultural institutions in China's internal audit ability defects, financial management team behind the financial foundation work is not standard, the budget management system is not scientific problems, from the strengthening of internal audit mechanism, improve the overall quality of the finance team, strengthen the financial basic work,strengthen financial budget management four put forward the feasible strategies to improve the level of financial management institutions.
