番茄下胚轴组培中器官发生的全息现象

摘  要:
以番茄( Lycopersicon esculentum M ill.)“矮黄”、“鲜丰”品种的下胚轴1/4 切段为外植体,用不同浓度的 Z T、 B A、 K T 进行芽器官诱导和用不同浓度的 N A A、 I A A、 I B A、2,4 D 进行发根培养实验,结果发现番茄下胚轴切段在离体培养时存在全息现象,无论是芽的诱导还是根的产生,其器官发生的部位及数量、频率的梯度变化都遵循生物全息律。

摘  要:
The structure and function of each separated part of an organ are reduced proportionally to the whole.This is called the bioholographic law. In this study,by cutting tomato hypocotyl into four segments and inducing their sprouting with ZT,BA and KT and their rooting with NAA,IAA,IBA and 2,4 D,it was found that the in vitro culture of four hypocotyl segments showed holographic phenomenon;the induction of sprouting and rooting,the position of organogenesis,the gradient variation of organogenesis frequency all conformed to the bioholographic law.
