摘  要：
新世纪要以科学发展观为指导,加快实现农业现代化,实现城乡二元结构战略性转换,从而使目前的传统生产方式转变为现代生产方式,并使全体居民的生活方式发生质的变化。为此,以兵团农一师为例,简要介绍了兵团农业技术发展概况,提出了发展现代化农业的若干思路。

摘  要：
The 21st century is an important history stage to build well-to-do society across-the-board and realize the modernization in China. According to the guideline of the science development value, it will realize the agricultural modernization and strategic conversion of dual structure of town and country. Then, the traditional production mode based on the small-peasant production way is turned into the modern production mode based on the modern great-industry production mode. Hence, this paper mainly introduces the development situation of agricultural technology in Bingtuan, and puts forward several plans on developing the modern agriculture.
